 Key Responsibilities

Project Implementation

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP across multiple modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, and Projects.
  • Perform requirement gathering, business process analysis, and gap analysis with clients.
  • Configure Odoo modules based on client needs and business workflows.
  • Prepare data for migration and testing before go-live.
  • Ensure smooth deployment and user adoption after implementation.

Client Communication

  • Conduct client meetings and workshops to understand workflows and provide ERP recommendations.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Deliver user training sessions and functional documentation.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues during go-live and after.

Quality and Support

  • Coordinate with the technical/development team for customization requests.
  • Test system functionalities to ensure stability and accuracy.
  • Maintain continuous improvement and suggest enhancements to business processes.
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Document configurations, workflows, and user manuals.
  • Generate project progress reports and communicate milestones to management.
  • Maintain structured feedback from clients to enhance implementation quality.

Requirements / Notes

Education & Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Odoo certification or ERP implementation experience is a strong plus.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation or functional consulting.
  • Proven track record of successful module deployments and support.

Technical Skills

  • Deep understanding of Odoo functional areas (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR).
  • Ability to analyze workflows and optimize system design.
  • Basic knowledge of Python, XML, or Odoo Studio for customization is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with data migration and testing procedures.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities with clients.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to work independently or within a team under deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach to client satisfaction.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is often preferred for local clients.

Work Conditions:

  • Fully remote work setup.
  • Maximum 8 on-site client visits per month (within Egypt).
  • Must be able to coordinate virtually with team members and clients using tools like Zoom, Google Meet, or Odoo Discuss.
